To access certain features of the Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

We do not warrant that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The results obtained from the Services will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of the Services will meet your expectations

AI search visibility data is observational and subject to the inherent variability of AI systems. We do not guarantee any specific visibility outcomes.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QENTRIXAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination:

• Your right to access the Services will immediately cease
• You remain responsible for any outstanding fees
• We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period
• Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect
