Two-Factor Authentication
Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security by requiring a second form of verification.
To enable 2FA:
- Go to Settings → Security
- Click Enable Two-Factor Authentication
- Scan the QR code with your authenticator app
- Enter the verification code to confirm
- Save your backup codes in a secure location
Supported apps: Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, and any TOTP-compatible app.
Privacy Settings
You have full control over your data and how it's used. Access privacy settings from Settings → Privacy.
You can control:
- •Data sharing: Choose whether to contribute anonymized data to improve our AI models
- •Marketing communications: Opt in/out of promotional emails
- •Analytics cookies: Control tracking cookies on our website
- •Data export: Download all your data at any time
Data Retention
We retain your data according to these policies:
Active accounts
Data retained for the life of your subscription
After cancellation
Data retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted
Backup retention
Backups purged within 90 days of data deletion
