Manage your subscription, payments, team members, and account settings.

Managing Your Subscription

You can view and manage your subscription from the Settings → Billing page in your dashboard.

To upgrade or downgrade:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Confirm the change

Changes take effect immediately. Upgrades are prorated, and downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.

Understanding Your Invoice

Invoices are generated automatically at the start of each billing period. You can download them from Settings → Billing → Invoice History.

Your invoice includes:

  • Plan charges: Your subscription fee for the billing period
  • Usage charges: Any overage fees for exceeding plan limits
  • Credits: Applied discounts or promotional credits
  • Taxes: Applicable taxes based on your location

Adding Team Members

Depending on your plan, you can invite team members to collaborate on your brands.

Starter

Enterprise

Unlimited users

To invite team members, go to Settings → Team and click Invite Member.

Canceling Your Account

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

What happens when you cancel:

  • • Access continues until the end of your billing period
  • • Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation
  • • You can reactivate your account anytime within 30 days
  • • After 30 days, data is permanently deleted

To cancel, go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription.
