Configure your brand for AI visibility monitoring. This guide covers all the settings to ensure comprehensive tracking.
After logging in, you'll see the dashboard. If this is your first time, you'll be prompted to add a brand. Otherwise:
Dashboard → Add BrandOr click the button in the brand selector dropdown.
Fill in the essential details about your brand:
The primary name of your brand as it should appear in AI responses. Use the official, most common spelling.
AppleNikeSalesforceHubSpotYour main website domain. Used to track citations (links) in AI responses.
example.com(without https://)A brief description of your brand. This helps QentrixAI better understand context when analyzing mentions.
Aliases are alternative names, abbreviations, or common misspellings that AI might use when referring to your brand.
AI models often paraphrase or abbreviate brand names. Without aliases, you might miss significant mentions.
Adding competitors helps you understand your relative position in AI responses. When AI recommends solutions, you'll see how often you appear compared to competitors.
You can add more competitors later from Brand Settings → Competitors.
Topics are categories of queries that QentrixAI uses to monitor AI responses relevant to your industry.
Broad categories relevant to your business. QentrixAI will generate specific queries within each topic.
Specific questions that users might ask AI about your industry. These are what get sent to AI providers.
QentrixAI can automatically suggest topics and queries based on your brand and industry. Just provide your brand info and click "Generate Suggestions".
Click "Create Brand" to save your configuration. QentrixAI will immediately begin:
